Beth Helfrich graduated from the University of Delaware majoring in Community and Family Services. At the beginning of her career, she worked as a social worker in foster care and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for a teen mom and her young daughter. Beth has also worked in Human Resources and Customer Service roles. She served as a board member for a youth development program called Project SOS where she assisted the organization's mission of providing educational services to youth and families, teaching relationship skills to couples, and providing programs and services to teens in public schools, private schools, and juvenile correction facilities. Beth has served as a Sunday school teacher, middle and high school youth group leader, and school volunteer coordinator.
Beth is passionate about serving others and is sensitive to teens and adults going through challenges and transitions. As a life coach, her approach of kindness, compassion, and listening without judgment creates a safe environment where transformation can occur. Guided by her Christian beliefs, Beth strives to provide grace and mercy to others and serve with a humble heart.
Beth has been married to her husband, Scott, for 29 years and has two adult children.
